2. Gather Required Documents

To process your claim efficiently, we’ll need the following documents, depending on the type of claim:

For Life Insurance Claims:

  • Completed Claim Form (available via email or download)

  • Original or certified copy of the Death Certificate

  • Proof of identity (Government-issued ID)

  • Policy number

  • Medical records or coroner’s report (if applicable)

  • Beneficiary’s banking details for payment

For Critical Illness or Disability Claims:

  • Completed Illness/Disability Claim Form

  • Medical report from your attending physician

  • Employment details and medical leave confirmation (if applicable)

  • Proof of diagnosis


3. Submit the Claim

You can submit your completed forms and documents through one of the following methods:

  • Mail: All Life Insure, Claims Department

  • In-Person Drop-off by appointment

⏱️ What Happens Next?

Once we receive your claim:

  • Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours.

  • We’ll review your documentation thoroughly and may contact you for clarification or additional information.

  • Approved claims are typically processed and paid out within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the case.
